Refund Policy

We refund in full when

• Your app is not approved. Every rejected submission is refunded automatically.
• We don’t publish within 48 hours of approving your app.
• You ask us to cancel before review starts. Write to us with your submission id.

Spotlight weeks

• If your app is not at the top of the homepage for the full seven days for any reason on our side, you get the week again at no cost.
• If approval lands after the Monday you chose, we offer the next available week. If you prefer a refund instead, you get one.

No refund after publication

Once a listing is public, or a Spotlight week has started, the service has been delivered and the payment is final. We don’t refund based on traffic, clicks, downloads or reviews, because we don’t guarantee them.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
