Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee downloads?
No. We offer placement and measure outbound App Store clicks. Every past Spotlight week’s views and clicks are public, so you know what you’re buying.
What if my app is not approved?
You get a full refund. We review every submission by hand, usually within 48 hours.
Why is Spotlight a founding price?
We are new and our audience is still growing. The first 20 Spotlight weeks are $49 instead of $89. That is the concession for launching with us before there is a long track record.
What happens if you can’t deliver my Spotlight week?
If your app isn’t at the top of the homepage for the full seven days for any reason on our side, you get the week again. If we can’t publish within 48 hours of approving your app, you get a refund.
Can I list an app that isn’t on the App Store yet?
Not yet. Only apps already live on the App Store can be listed, because we import your icon and screenshots from there.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. Your listing stays.
